Summer’s Coming!

School is almost out which means summer is on its way. Woohoo! I can’t wait for this year to be over. In the spirit of this website, summertime means great weather so break out the shorts, t-shirts, flip flops, and bathing suits (well, when school actually ends). Temperatures are getting higher and the sun is hot all day, so finish up the school year and go enjoy summer!

Sint Maarten Trip

Sint Maarten. Yea that’s really how they spell it. It was a pretty nice trip. GREAT weather. I got some sun and ate french pastries. But it was sort of boring. Not the best island for kids. It’s a poor island, but the water and the beaches were nice. They were nudist beaches, but if you kept your eyes closed they were really nice. Here’s another picture of the island.

The buildings really do look like this. The whole island is very colorful.

Off to the Islands

It’s almost spring break and I”ll be going off to St. Martins which is an island close to Europe. It’s going to be 80 degrees and sunny the first three days I’m there. I’ll tell you more about the beautiful weather I’ll be enjoying when I return. Heres some pictures:

The cold weather is not completely gone but it is getting warmer little by little as we approach spring. So hang in there. Spring is right around the corner.

Temperatures have been crazy lately!! Yesterday it was around sixty degrees and by night time it was twenty. We’re actually learning about why this is happening in Social Studies right now. It’s all about the four effects. Anyway, enjoy the warm days and be ready for the cold days.

Christmas Break

Christmas break is now over which is sort of depressing. But over break I had a lot of fun and got some really nice gifts. The best gift, which was from my dad, was a laptop. It’s an Acer and it’s awesome. I now don’t have to fight with my sister over who gets the computer anymore because we both have our own. From my mom my best present was a north face jacket. From my dad’s parents I got an ihome, and from my mom’s parents I got $100 and some clothes. This Christmas was probably the best one I had so far. I also got my Holmes jersey and I can’t wait to see the Steelers in the playoffs.

It’s December now and it’s getting colder. It’ll probably just keep getting colder, so be sure to stay bundled up. And get ready because Christmas is just around the corner. And who knows, at this pace of weather we could have a white Christmas.

Getting Colder as the Days go by

As we get closer to Thanksgiving and our week off. Today the average temp. is in the low 40′s, but tomorrow will bring in the rest of the week of mid and low 30′s. Tomorrow there’s even expected to be scattered snow showers. But besides that one day, this week should be sunny, dry, and cold.

Will it stay warm?

Here’s the weather for this weekend:

The temperatures are going to drop as the weekend goes on. Today, Friday, it’s 66 degrees. Tomorrow it’ll be 61, and on Sunday it’ll be 53. Today it’s a little cloudy. These clouds will be followed tomorrow by showers. It will clear up by Sunday, and it will be mostly sunny. So to answer my question it is getting colder,

but not that cold.
